Characteristics and uses

This polyester industrial yarn/cord oil agent is specially used for polyester industrial yarn/cord yarn spinning. The oil agent gives the fiber good smoothness, antistatic and cohesion properties, and good spinnability.
The oil has good uniformity and stability, is easy to dissolve and is convenient to use.
This oil has good wettability, less smoke, less coking, high extraction rate of H-test , and good fatigue resistance.

How to use

The oil agent is used to oil the emulsion.
Add a certain amount of deionized water to the oil agent preparation kettle.
The water temperature is 50~60°C while stirring and slowly adding the measured oil.
Then continue stirring for 30 minutes and set aside.

Note: In winter, the oil needs to be fully uniform indoors before use.
It is recommended to heat the oil to 40~50ºC before preparing the emulsion.

Packaging and storage

Packed in plastic barrels (200L) or tank container (1000L).
Store indoors.
