Characteristics and uses
1. Used for the one-step FDY spinning process of polyester, and can be used for the spinning of different specifications of FDY fibers such as conventional semi-dull, glossy special-shaped, full-dull, and colored yarns.
2. It has good smoothness, which can reduce the friction of the fiber during high-speed spinning, reduce breakage and filament during the spinning process, and has good spinnability.
3. The oil emulsion has stable performance and good wettability. It can be oiled on the fiber instantly and has good antistatic and bunching properties.
4. The oil agent provides sufficient protection for fibers during the downstream weaving process and improves the rate of finished products.
5. This oil is a green and environmentally friendly oil.

4. How to use
The oil is used to oil the emulsion. Add a certain amount of deionized water (around 25-30°C) to the oil preparation kettle, slowly add the measured amount of oil while stirring, and then continue stirring for 30 minutes before use.
Recommended concentration: 8-24%
Recommended oiling rate: 0.5-1.3%
5. Packaging and storage
1. Packed in plastic barrels (200KG) or tank container (1000L).
2. Store at room temperature indoors.
