Polyester staple fiber oil is applied to fibers in the form of water emulsion.

 

Main performance

1. In the production of polyester short fiber and subsequent spinning, it gives the fiber very good properties.
2. Due to its low moisture absorption performance, the phenomenon of roller wrapping is avoided during spinning.
3. Even in high-speed air spinning and ring spinning processes, the level of sediment is very low.
4. It has very low free alcohol content and avoids stratification in the bath and during use.
5. Stable and reasonable ratio of monoester to diester.
6. Easily dissolve in warm water.

Usage

Recommended preparation ratio (can be adjusted according to own production conditions), recommended emulsion concentration 15%-20% oiling rate: cotton short fiber (ring spinning: 0.10-0.14% oiling rate; air-end spinning: 0.12-0.15% Oiling rate)
 

Storage and transportation

Sealed storage indoors at room temperature, sealed shelf life is 12 months.
