Product Description

Chemical composition 
A compound composed of polyether as the main body and a variety of nonionic and anionic surfactants and antistatic agents.

Purpose
This product is suitable for high-speed spinning of polyester.

Antistatic, bunching, smoothness, softness.
Heat resistance, stability, anti-corrosion, and post-processing properties of stretch-denatured yarn (DTY).
Easily soluble in water and general organic solvents.

How to use

Emulsion preparation:
While stirring, slowly add the weighed oil to demineralized water at 35-40°C, and continue stirring to dissolve evenly.

The concentration of the emulsion mainly depends on the spinning process and the variety and specification of the fiber.
Generally, the emulsion concentration is 8-12%.
