Special polyester FDY filament oil for false double twisting machine
PTFDY-200

Purpose and characteristics:
1.This product is used in the one-step FDY spinning process of polyester. It has good smoothness and reduces end breaks and filaments during the spinning process.
2. This product has suitable heat resistance and thermal decomposition properties, and can effectively extend the cleaning cycle of the heat pipe and improve the processing effect during the downstream false twisting process.
3. This product has good antistatic and binding properties.
4. This product is a green and environmentally friendly oil.

Smoothing agents, nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, other adjusters

4. How to use:
This lubricant is used to oil the emulsion. Add a certain amount of deionized water (25°C) to the oil preparation kettle, slowly add the measured the lubricant while stirring, and then continue stirring for 30 minutes before use.
Recommended concentration: 8-24%
Recommended oiling rate: 0.5-1.0%

5. Packaging and storage:
1. Packed in plastic barrels (200L) or tank container (1000L).
2. Store at room temperature indoors.
