Characteristics and uses
1. This lubricant is a polyester cationic staple fiber spinning oil. The oil emulsion has stable performance and good wettability.
2. The oil has good antistatic properties, binding properties and smoothness.
3. This oil agent is suitable for the spinning of polyester cationic staple fibers, and is used in the opening, carding and finishing of short fibers.
Processes such as netting and drawing show excellent spinnability.

How to use
Heat distilled or deionized water to about 40°C, and then slowly add TDY-3 into the distilled water or deionized water.
In deionized water, stir while adding and stir for 40 to 60 minutes.
Recommended fiber oiling rate: 0.3±0.05%
Note: In winter, the oil needs to be fully evenly distributed indoors before use.
Packaging and storage
Packed in plastic barrels (200kg).
For indoor storage, the storage period shall not exceed 12 months.
