Product Description

Characteristics and uses

1. This oil agent is used in the nylon POY process. The oil emulsion has stable performance, good water solubility, and excellent wettability. It can be oiled on the fiber instantly.
2. The oil has good smoothness, antistatic and cohesive properties, good spinnability and less lint.
3. The oil has good heat resistance. During the DTY processing, the hot plate produces less smoke, less coke, is easy to remove, and has less white powder.

4. How to use

The recommended emulsion concentration is 9~11% (based on active ingredients),
the recommended oiling rate: 0.35~0.45%.

Emulsion preparation: Slowly add a measured amount of oil into the stirred deionized water (around 25°C),
and then continue stirring for 40 minutes to dissolve it evenly before use.

5. Packaging and storage

Packed in 200 kg/barrel, stored indoors at room temperature.
