Characteristics and uses
1. This agent is specially used in the high-speed POY spinning process of polyester. The oil emulsion has stable performance and good wettability, and can be oiled on the fiber instantly.
2. It has good smoothness, which can reduce the friction of the fiber during high-speed spinning, reduce breakage and filament during the spinning process, and has good spinnability.
3. The oil has good antistatic and binding properties.
4. The oil has good heat resistance. During DTY processing, the hot plate produces less smoke, less coking, is easy to remove, and has less white powder.

How to use
This oil is the emulsion, add a certain amount of deionized water to the oil preparation kettle, slowly add the measured amount of oil while stirring, and then continue stirring for 60 minutes before use.
Recommended concentration: 5-15%
Recommended oiling rate: 0.25-0.45%
Packaging and storage
1. Packed in plastic barrels (200L) or tank container (1000L).
2. Store at room temperature indoors.
