1. This oil agent is used in the one-step FDY spinning process of polyester. It has good smoothness and reduces end breaks and filaments during the spinning process.
2. The lubricant has suitable emulsion properties, which can effectively delay clogging of nozzles and improve the air change effect during downstream ATY processing.
3. The lubricant has good antistatic and binding properties.
4. This lubricant is a green and environmentally friendly oil.

4. How to use
The oil is used to oil the emulsion. Add a certain amount of deionized water (25°C) to the oil preparation kettle, slowly add the measured oil while stirring, and then continue stirring for 30 minutes before use.
Recommended concentration: 8-24%
Recommended oiling rate: 0.5-1.0%
5. Packaging and storage
1. Packed in plastic barrels (200L) or tank container (1000L).
2. Store at room temperature indoors.
